“ Their full size salads are delicious and very generous in size. We went a couple times and got them for buy one get the 2nd for $5 per the apps promotion. Both the poppyseed strawberry chicken and the cobb salad used such fresh juicy veggies and chicken, with yummy dressings. You also get a choice of an apple, little baguette or chips. Unfortunately thf strawberry poppyseed is no longer, it was seasonal . The SW Chicken salad I forgot to take a photo of, it's good too except that the corn chip slices were a bit stale. I have also tried the Chicken Bacon Rancher and BLT Chicken a Avocado Ciabatta when they were on special. They sound like something I would like, my 2 favorite types of bread with ingredients I like, but somehow they seemed too heavy. I enjoy heavy foods even though they are not good for me and I don't eat them often, but these were almost too much? I don't know why they were not tastier considering....but anyway, I miss their Chinese Chicken salad and their Margarita Pizza, they, along with other items were all removed from their menu because they were not selling well I was told. This is crazy to me considering how good they were. Their chocolate chip cookies here are really good and my fave cookie here, just make sure it's soft, in the past they were often hard, but not so much lately. I recently tried the kitchen sink cookie because it was bigger lol, it contained caramel and was totally delicious, but a little salty because it has salt plus pretzel pieces. My gripe is with their app. It is often not working correctly, and I report it when they ask me to complete a survey. For instance, my email says there is this deal going on, but when I go to the app, that deal is nowhere to be found. One time they didn't grant it, once I did the survey the manager at my local Panera contacted me to fix the problem, I very much appreciated that. She's a nice lady! Since then it has happened again, but fortunately now an employee would find a supervisor to fix it rather than just watch me walk away. Their outside seating is also a plus :) ”
